Privacy Policy

What P3ZO stores, what leaves your device, and what you can do about it.

Last updated

The short version

Your conversations are stored in your own browser, not on our servers. The text of your messages is sent to a third-party model provider so it can be answered. We don't ask you to create an account and we don't build a profile about you.

1. Data stored on your device

Chat history is written to your browser's local storage under the key p3zo.chats.v1. It never reaches us, it isn't synced between devices, and it isn't visible to anyone but you. Deleting a chat in the sidebar removes it immediately. Clearing your browser's site data removes all of it permanently — there is no backup, so we cannot recover it for you.

2. Data sent to the model provider

To answer you, P3ZO sends the text of your conversation to LLM7, an independent API provider. That request includes your messages and the assistant's previous replies in the same conversation, and — as with any web request — it exposes your IP address to that provider. LLM7's handling of that data is governed by its own policies, not ours, and we have no control over how long it retains requests.

Treat anything you type as leaving your device. Don't enter passwords, financial details, health information, or other people's personal data.

3. What we don't do

We don't run accounts, advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies. We don't sell data, because we don't hold any. There is no server-side record of your conversations.

4. Third-party resources

The interface loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google's servers to fetch them, which exposes your IP address to Google. If you'd rather avoid that, the fonts can be self-hosted instead.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or erase personal data held about you. In practice the data we could act on is minimal: your conversations are under your own control and you can erase them yourself at any time. For anything else, write to the privacy address on the contact page.

6. Who we are

P3ZO GmbH, Ares Tower, 21st Floor, Donau-City-Straße 11, 1220 Vienna, Austria. As we're established in the EU, the GDPR applies to how we handle personal data, and you can reach us at the privacy address on the contact page.

7. Children

P3ZO is not intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. Material changes will be announced in the app.

Template notice: this describes how the app as written behaves, but it is not legal advice. Have a qualified lawyer review it against your obligations — GDPR, CCPA, or otherwise — before publishing.
